I have been teaching for 29 years. I have taught in Christian bilingual schools in Honduras for many years. I have a BS in Bilingual Education, a Master’s in Spanish, and experience in teaching from preschool to 6th grade. Prior to moving here, I was a third grade teacher at IST International School, a private Christian school in Honduras. Afterwards, I felt it was God’s plan to have me not take a teaching position in Miami, so that my family and I could instead join the KCSA family, where my children could once more receive a Christ-centered education. My husband, Luis, and I have four wonderful children- Elena- 27, Ashley-24, Isabella-22, Sebastian-9, and our first grandson, Andreas Luca, who are our precious gifts and joy from God. I am truly thankful for the opportunity God has given me to be a part of the KCSA family, it’s been a blessing. Likewise, getting to meet all the amazing, supportive families throughout the years has been rewarding. Also, being able to be part of the spiritual growth of my students and see how they have followed God’s path these past 8 years has been rewarding. I am excited to continue this path God’s has set forth for me at KCSA, and being able to do so with my family‘s support, KCSA family, and God’s endless strength, which He promises in Philippians 4:13.
